‘The Rachel’ defined the 90’s. Early 2000’s were all about long and straight hair. Last year chic bobs and undercut pixies were the look of the moment. 2015, is all about the mid-length, long bob also known as a “lob”, or clavicle “clavicut” haircut.
What makes “IT” so popular?
This haircut is gaining popularity because it is a fresh look, user friendly, and incredibly versatile. The mid length cut is in-between short and long hair, perfect if you cannot decide. The cut can vary in lengths, from just above the shoulders to mid chest. Short enough to be manageable and long enough for styling. Reality star, Kim Kardashian shocked her fans by cutting her long locks to a perfect one length long bob, which suits her face shape. Other stars like, Taylor Swift, Olivia Palermo, Vanessa Hudgens, Alexa Chung, Fearne Cotton, and Christina Hendricks have the now iconic haircut and wear it just right.
